The rolling hills at Slide Hill are situated 7 miles from the Pacific Ocean where cool temperatures insure a long growing season. Combine this with gravely loam soils, natural low yields and biodynamic farming and you get fruit with exceptional balance and depth. Smaller Yields resulted in concentrated fruit.
