This Sauvignon Blanc showcases the cooler climate of Santa Maria Valley with a clean, fresh and minerality driven profi le. There is a salinity to the wine which builds and lingers on the back end. The cooler climate at Presqu’ile Vineyard, combined with a different approach to fermentation and aging, changes the profile dramatically in comparison to the warmer Santa Ynez Valley.

Fresh gooseberry, jalapeno and spice dominate the nose. Juicy fruit on the palate with a focused mouth feel and saline quality that lingers.
